It actually depends on the ref. We all know the bad job Cortez did for the Hatton vs PBF fight.

If they get a good ref for this fight and he lets Hatton use a steal chair and brass knuckles like they let PBF (It would only be fair if they let PBF use them against a bigger man but not Hatton) then I give Hatton a 50/50 chance.

Hatton is not meant to fight at welterweight. Floyd Mayweather only mucks around at 147 because he has the skill to overcome his small size. Hatton, on the other hand, likes to get into rough brawls. If he was to tango with a big welterweight like Margarito- and I don't care if Hatton is more skilled- he couldn't handle that. I'd pick Margarito by TKO/KO.
