Like the NABF, USBA, WBC International or WBA Latino?
The good - They give up-and-comers a sort of hierarchy system by making them fight gatekeepers for their vacancy. They also give them something to fight for on the way to a real world title. Finally, they allow for 12 round fights, instead of 10.
The bad - They are about as worthless as they come for things that actually determine rank in the sport. They also give fighters who should not be fighting in the championship round a chance to do just that.
