Even if he loses, I wouldn't consider him a fraud. Would you consider Joe Calzaghe a fraud if he loses to a 43 year old fart?

that "his own size" wont mean much in this case imo since joe isnt known as a KO artist

if he does win it will be by decision, and hopkins fans can argue he was too old too deal with his high output

how the hell could he be a fraud after 43 years and many big names on his resume, unifying the middleweight belts for the first time since the leonard/haglar days, going undefeated for 10-12 years, 20 title defenses, going up in weight and winning belts at light heavy and obviously going to be in the hall of fame?

I think he proved himself many moons ago

Not the dumbest question I've heard on BS, but this is up there.

So a fight between 2 very good fighters w/ solid careers behind them... if one loses he's a fraud? Your logic is astounding.

And, for the record, Calzaghe needs this win for his career a lot more than Hopkins does.

The only one who can be proven a fraud is Joe because Bernard has already cemented his legacy win, lose, or draw. If this is the first time Bernard has ever fought someone his own size, this is also the first time Joe has ever fought a legitimate fighter.

No one will be exposed, even if Calzaghe whoops the **** out of Hopkins. Hopkins is 7-8 yrs older then Calzaghe. Hopkins doesn't need to beat Calzaghe to make his name big in America, he has already accomplished enough by beating tarver*someone roy failed to beat*, oscar, trinidad, Hopkins is already done with the sport. If he got an upset then he would big even bigger but not much bigger in America since most ppl still dont know who calzaghe is. Calzaghe needs to win not hopkins
