yeah.
every pro has gotten out pointed in sparring at some point in their careers...
but the more work you put in and the more you learn the better you will be...
simple as that. practice makes perfect. -
What a ****** question!!
Nobody is born with the skills. You learn them. Some people have more natural ability than others but EVERYBODY was a learner at somepoint.

I think he's referring to when someone is just starting out and getting roughed up by a gymrat.Comment

that happens too...
you cant just walk into something and be the best or better than everyone else...
whenever you start something new their is always people better than you and with practice you realize you are much better than them and they werent all the difficult.
imagine doing something you havent done before (not just boxing)...there were people that were way better than you but in time you learned, progressed, and realized you are better now...
thats how it works...
same thing when learning to drive...you cant park right; you drive overly cautious; people pass you on the freeway; etc. all because you're inexperienced and cautious...then imagine how you drive today...
you can park right; dont drive like you're 90...you are now the one doing the passing on the freeway...etc.
you are better overall...its the same thing.
its coming up in the sport...
the best (not jut in boxing...but in anything in life) overcome adversity with dedication and hard work...thats all it is.Comment
