Oscar De La Hoya's niece Dasiy De La Hoya when interviewed last Tuesday commented that "Oscar is gay, he doesn't want to publicly come out of the closet until he is retired from boxing" Unbeknownst to the dizzy blonde the person she was talking to was a celebrity reporter who was recording the conversation.

Daisy also alluded to the fact that the women who took the pictures of Oscar in drag was not a woman at all. She did not elaborate on this rumor.

Oscar has been unavailable for comment but his manager said "This is a very difficult time for the De La Hoya family, please give them space, especially his wife who is trying to come to terms with this recent revelation".
