His ego and weak mind was his first obstacle he couldn't overcome; then it was his lack of dedication to the sport. I don't have anything against the man but whatever he was going to do in the division, I think he has pretty much done. But if he wants to prove me and anyone else who doubts him as being wrong he should fight his way to a title shot instead of doing nothing and expecting someone to just give him one.

        Headline might as well read

"Briggs Calls Out Godzilla, Spiderman and the Power Puff Girls"

Same chance that any of these fights will happen in the not to distant future.

actually if u take a look at press conference pics and any pic taken of briggs around the time he def looked unhealthy, and briggs had especially bad stamina and just didn't look the same. He performed like **** though thats for damn sure.

Briggs wears his asthma as a badge of honor, or as Jeff Mayweather put it "He wants to be the poster boy for asthma." He feels he has accomplished a lot as an asthmatic, which I agree he has. When he is leaner, in the mid-90s when he was 230 and under, he was a much better fighter because he could be effective past 6. Now, he just doesn't have the wind to get it done.

                    Briggs said "Im exciting".

Im wondering what his excuse would've been if he lost to Lykhovich, which he was about THREE seconds away from doing so....

I used to think Briggs was dangerous, but the more I think about it the more I realize what a joke it would've been back then and would be now for Wladimir to fight him. The man fights 10 "barnyard" fights in a row and thinks that he deserves a title shot against the best HW in the world(before he fought Lykhovich). The man is living off of hurting Lennox Lewis in a fight.
