what the article is saying is that none of the other ppv's which involve Pac sold as much as the Marquez won therefor it was the biggest draw.
If that's not a true statement I don't know what is.
The article is not saying he would do it all by himself, Pacquiao couldn't do those numbers by himself either.

I didn't see any article. I just saw a press release credited to Golden Boy Promotions sent out to congratulate their fighter, Juan Manuel Marquez for doing good numbers in the last fight with Pacquiao.

What a shameless article by Golden Boy, Marquez didnt draw those record crowds & profit, it was Pacquiao!!! Hahahaha. Juan Ma's last fight was against juarez in a small arizona casino with 1000 people watching!!! Pacquiao's been carrying ppv shows while marquez was toiling in obscurity, he's lucky barrera & pacquiao gave him a chance. He's only popular by default because he's the last mexican in the way. He will never be loved the Barrera & Morales were. The biggest mexican boxing attraction is pacquiao!!!! this fight would not have made as mush if Pacquiao would have fought someone else..
