That would be a comlete mis-match anyway. Silva is a great MMA fighter but he wouldn't have a chance against any worldclass boxer in a boxingmatch under boxingrules.

Rampage could be the crossover star the UFC desperately needs. He is one funny and chrismatic ass dude.

Alot of people can't really fathom how good a top level boxer is. They see them on TV and think it really isn't that hard, boy would they be in for a shock if thy got a chance to even spar.

It would make sense for Dana to complain. He knows that even though Silva is a great MMA fighter his chances of beating Roy Jones Jr. in a boxing match are slim. With the sport of MMA growing I don't think he want's his best fighter possibly getting his ass kicked in a boxing ring.

Why would any boxing fan want this to happen? It's a no win situation.

roy would dominate and although it wouldnt further his career, it could bring some shine back to boxing.

Is the fight marketable? Definitely for MMA fans but hardcore boxing fans may have no interest in seeing Roy fight an MMA fighter.
