I'm pretty sure its at 147lb. Cintron's camp has made no mention of moving up yet.

I wouldn't count Cintron out in this....at all. I have always liked Margarito, but I have always felt he was a bit overrated simply because he really hasn't had that many great opponents, a few. The same can be said about Cintron, but Cintron is just starting his career, Margarito is considered a vet....not old by any means, but he's been around.

As far as stamina goes, concerning Cintron, I think it has everything to do with weight drain and nothing to do with not training properly. The guy is a monster at 147lbs, he can easily go up to 160lbs....maybe 168lbs. This will be the thing that could be his downfall. I think his camp knows that...look for Cintron to try to take Margarito out early. Cintrons camp need to get him to move his head more, so I would expect to see a better defensive performance, Cintron is a quick study.

Margarito can pound with both fists and is the better boxer/counter puncher. I would expect him to have an edge in rounds, maybe gain a knock down. We have to assume that Cintron can get back up, considering he has never been down and has never appeared really hurt before. As Cintron tends to be open, so does Margarito. Not as much, but its enough to open the door for Cintron.

Prediction: Cintron TKO around the 7-8th. Possibly due to cuts.

Bold prediction....but I think he can do it.

so far it looks like the Mexican brothas are picking Margarito and the Puerto Ricans are picking Cintron....

I like Margarito on experience and volume punching in this one. But Cintron does have the power to end it with one or two clean shots to the jawline. This could possibly be a fight of year candidate/winner right behind Mayorga/Trinidad.

Reid was too sloppy, wide open and there to be knocked out and it still took Cintron awhile to do that. Cintron has very good power but not the huge power he appeared to have when knocking out the bums we was facing early in his career.

Margarito by knockout. Cintron won't be able to stand up to the pressure and punches that Margarito brings.

Exactly, Cintron is not ready, and Margarito is going to be all over him like a homeless man on a ham sandwich.

Wow! I think this is David Reid/Fernando Vargasesque in taking on a real live dog in his prime like this so early in a career for Cintron. I think this fight is all wrong, but ****, I already wanna know if Cintron is the read deal or not. So the fight has to happen. I hope the dealings go well so we can see this sooner rather than later.
Cintron aint ready. If Teddy Reid could give Cintron problems then Margarito will beat him with ease.

          Cintrons power got very overrated.

Margarito will stop it in the mid-late rounds...8 or 9. It's too big a jump for Cintron to make in his career. He is a big ass welter though.
