Because Pavlik would beat him he is a bum. He had a bad night and KO'd the guy right at the death. You can scratch all the **** before it, the fact he could produce that punch that late in the fight is pretty impressive.

mirandas level when he fought miranda but miranda has improved greatly now but needs more technique.

I don't even see him at Miranda's level anymore. He sits and waits way too much. He should just move up to super middle as he is having stamina issues for sure. Too many rests and fights only the last 30 seconds of a round.

He has a pretty good defense though. If he was able to get an upset off Pavlik right now, it would only be by points he can't beat Pavlik by ko in my opinion.

I don't get it.

How does going 12 rounds, knocking your opponent out, and being ahead on the scorecards majority of the time mean **** just because it took 12 rounds? At not point during the fight was Arthur hurt, worried, injured, in trouble, etc... just because Ayala won some rounds doesn't mean it was much of a competitive fight.
