Sorry to inform you but Floyd would destroy Cotto! You couldn't script the beatdown he'd deliver to Cotto. Floyd is all about money now and I really believe he's waiting for Cotto to build a name for himself outside of NYC and Puerto Rico by cleaning up the division (Williams,Margorito,Cintron and others) that way the fight would be worth money. He wants to fight for no less than like 20 million and a Cotto fight now wouldn't generate that kind of money.

Why turn this into another Floyd-Cotto thread? No disrespect, sir, but your post stinks of fanboy-ism. There is no guarantee that your hero would beat Cotto and you don't need to protect Floyd. He should be man enough to do that himself.

As for the topic, I think it's shameful. Mayweather Jr. doesn't need any more money, he is just being greedy. I can understand why he might wanna take the money, but in my opinion it's bad for his image and bad for boxing. Total joke. And the joke's on the real boxing fans.
