The Oscar vs Floyd rematch is warranted but the Hatton rematch is not...

I mean i don't care what people say the Floyd vs Oscar fight was close and the rematch is warranted without a doubt. People keep ****ting on the fight but that fight was boxing. If you expected a Gatti / Ward style of fight then you don't appreciate the skill that both PBF/Golden Boy have.

Now my only objections to Floyd vs Oscar is the timing. Floyd should have fought another top welter before this fight. And while Oscar is fighting Forbes i would have preferred him to have another fight after Forbes.

Anyways all this talk about Hatton trying to get a rematch tho does kinda piss me off. Look Hatton is good fighter but he got KO by Floyd and was beaten very easily. If people think that having a new ref and wembley stadium is going to make a difference in the ring then your delusional.

Anyways the Hatton remacth might still get made for $ reasons but those are my thoughts on this matter.

stfu with that ****. that is the most annoying "argument" in boxing today.

"if you didnt like what floyd did, then you dont know boxing".

the fight wasnt that close. the boxing community has spoken against it. deal with that fact that the majority of the world who cares doesnt care for DLH/Mayweather 2.

I agree with you on the bold and underlined but that fight was not ****ing close at all. I really don't see how people consider this fight close. **** baffles me

A rematch is justified, despite the fact Hatton will lose. I think a loss on points would be a fair deal.

Really annoying? If Oscar and Floyd have fought a Gatti \/ Ward style of fight would you have want a rematch? Would that so called "majority of the world who cares" people you talk about want one? By the way i care abut Boxing so that argument of yours should not be generalized like its universal.

And stop putting words in my mouth. I said if you don't appreciate the level of skill that both Oscar and Floyd posses then its understandable as to why you would object to a rematch. Me on the other hand i saw tactical match between 2 champions that should warrant a rematch.

As a judge and watching that fight a few times i scored it a draw.

But judging and scoring in boxing is matter of opinion/taste.

If you think it wasn't close then i guess you watch a different fight.

The scores by every range from 115-113 to 114-114 either way that is a real close fight.

Really? I mean i talk to boxing fans all the time and a lot of them are not against the PBF/Oscar rematch as much as people want to believe. They base it on the first fight because some believe the fight was a draw or that Oscar won or that Floyd won. Basically the millions of people who watched that fight left with a different (Opinion) taste in their mouth thus a rematch.

The majority of the boxing public has different opinions as do you and i.Just like judges ect. Not everyone will like something, but that doesn't other people can't if they see it different.

              **** this fight.

Everyone wants to see Cotto vs. Mayweather.

Who cares if Mayweather can outpoint De la Hoya again? De la Hoya/Mayweather does nothing for the WW division, nor the sport.

Hatton fought two men, De La Hoya fought one and Hatton still gave Floyd more trouble

The knockdown disguised the farce of a refereeing performance

DLH gave Floyd the closest fight in a while and Hatton got KTFO.
