Oscar showed the speed he had in the past against floyd.

Shane showed the same speed that the tortoise showed against the hare.
One of those tomato cans was the guy who almost knocked out floyds last opponent, and did it with no help from the ref.

it's funny how you people call him a disgrace and claim he is turning his back on the sport that made him who he is. well, if that's the case, then according to you little dumbasses, the sport of boxing made him an asshold didn't it? let's be honest here, floyd has been hated for many years now, so why should he care about boxing like that. he gets criticized by many experts, hateful fans, other fighters and it's not fair. how can the number one fighter in the sport recieve that much hate from people? you poeple say, you respect his skills, when all i read on this forum is that he potshots and is a coward, and ducks this guy, and that guy, and runs in his fights, so you ****ing ******s don't really respect his fight game either, but he thrives off of the hate, so i say, keep going floyd, you do have true fans who appreciate your legacy, and ability to sell yourself to the public the way you do, you spit in the face of the people who hate you, while making a handsome fee in the process. floyd can do whatever the hell he wants to, because when oscar went out and made a latin album, or when ali went to wrestlemania 1, or when tyson went to wrestling, but when floyd explores other options, he gets criticized, so if i was in his position, i would only worry about me and my family, and i wouldn't really care for the sport like that anymore, and not that he doesn't love boxing, because his legacy proves that, his work ethic proved that, his style of fighting proves that, even though it gets criticized, he does appreciated the artform of the sport, but he is so hated, so why evern care. i would say **** it.

I totally agree with the bits I've highlighted. 100%. Although, I hope the fight with Cotto does come off, if only to shut these hateful people up, and also to solidify his legacy.
