Like I said. If you had to choose between a hungry contender or a belt holder who you already beat, who would you pick for your career?

hahaha, I get what your saying with that. Except Hattons been ducking witter for some time now, it wasn't just cause of Mayweather but I guess it's even more now because of Mayweather for the fact that Hatton realizes what its like to fight a real boxer.

He is still young, he can easily take a fight with Miranda then go after the belt. You just make excuses for Kessler

well like I said Kessler expressed the desire to fight in the US and get exposure here, so you'd think a pretty known name like Miranda on Showtime would be the perfect deal, but who knows, maybe you're right and he wants that belt. Again though, the problem is he shouldn't have agreed to fight Miranda if that was the case. Seems to be he felt almost obligated to fight Miranda after Miranda called him out and talked all that ****, then he started thinking about it (or his people did) and backed out because it's too risky.

It's a damn shame this fight isn't happening, would have been pretty damn entertaining if you ask me.

exactly, so he could just bag a belt and then fight Miranda where's the problem. Miranda could pick up his own belt during that period which could turn the fight into a unification.

So what you're saying is he should fight a Miranda (the man with no belts) because you want him to rather than fight someone where he has something to gain?

I'm not even a Kessler fan. I have no reason to make excuses for him. I like Miranda and consider myself one of his fans (not a nuthugger though).

I'm disappointed that this fight didn't go through. All I'm saying is that I can see why he pulled out.

I refuse to believe that Kessler is afraid of Miranda though.
