Im seriously suprised that Guzman has taken this fight especially in Scotland, he can't be earning much as Arthur isn't a big name in the UK. Arthur is in a no lose situation which I find dangerous, Guzman will try to outbox Arthur that is not the way you beat him and people will be suprised by how good Arthur will look in this match up. Best way to beat Arthur is to go to war with him he takes the bait, on his day Arthur is a fantastic boxer and would be trouble for anyone. I find this a big risk for Guzman and not at all a easy nights work, saying that I bet he will knock him out in first after saying this haha!

I am a massive Alex Arthur fan. He has given the British public numerous great fights, but I don't give him much of a shot in this fight. I believe he'll be completly outclassed sadly, probably losing by a late tko. His best chance is to start fast and get in Guzmans face, sort of like Hatton fought againt Tszyu. I don't particulary like that sort of tactic but I think its Alex's best shot. The atmosphere in the Arena wil be electric I know that much.

i agree Guzman has that 2 his game aswell he can take it to you when he decides to & While Guzman power has'nt been as explosive moving up as it was ,i think he hits as hard as Michael Gomez & Steven Foster Jnr who had him on the deck [2 great fights ] i like Arthur but i dont think hell win this fight

Diaz was not a pure boxer in no way shape or form. He was a come forward ( (one dimensional) volume puncher that overwhelmed his opponents by throwing non stop volume punches. If anyone played Guzman in that fight than its Cambell. He can box and he can handle come forward fighters. Guzman can box masterfully on top of being a great speed brawler.

Im aware of that. But try telling that to Xcaret. lol!!! But in all seriousness i agree. There are a few fighters out there that i believe would be able to take out Guzman. Arthur just simply is not on that short list. But we shouldnt be so quick to completely write off the underdog.

Ive got tickets for this fight, cant wait for it will be a great atmosphere, guzman might be intimadated by it wich will work in arthurs favour, but been honest a dont think arthur will win, guzman is in a diffrent league but il still be cheering on my boy arthur and hope he pulls it off
