You guys are obviously missing my point. I am not discrediting Pavlik. He is the linear middleweight champion and I give him all the respect in the world. All I am saying is that Arthur Abraham is progressing at a very high rate faster than any of the middleweights u know. He is only a title holder, and has the skills to compete with world class fighters.

Kelly Pavlik started fighting legit fighters 4-5 years into his career. To be more precise Pavlik fought his first LEGIT opponent 5 and a half years into his career. Arthur Abraham did it in less than 2 years into his professional career. SO PLEASE STFU and give the guy credit and let him build his way up to the championship fight. Go do some research before you come out here and post about Arthur not fighting legit fighters. Please get your heads out of ur asses.

Since when are boxers supposed to fight superfights every time? Just because you are not familiar with the previous 3 opponents of Abraham does not give you the right to call them tomatoe cans. If you look at it that way then there are only three middleweights who u will find legit. Thats not the way it is. It would be a different story if Abraham was ducking Pavlik or any other middleweight. But that is not the story and I can assure you that. He is still learning from each of his fights and is building his way up to fight Pavlik. One thing that fans do which I find wrong is immortalize belt holders and talk about opponents as being bums. All three of Abraham's previous opponents were rated as top contenders.

Look at my previous post bro. Pavlik's FIRST legit opponent came 5 years into his career. Abraham's came in 2. So you must take everything into consideration. Who would you consider a legit fighter in the middleweight division? Lemme see who else u know besides winky, kelly, jermaine and all these other boxers on HBO.

Since when are boxers supposed to fight superfights every time? Just because you are not familiar with the previous 3 opponents of Abraham does not give you the right to call them tomatoe cans. If you look at it that way then there are only three middleweights who u will find legit. Thats not the way it is.
