No announcement yet.
Had there been a rematch Lacey would've beat Calzaghe. Im convinced Lacy was drugged.

In the first fight Calzaghe was getting away with A LOT of holding and it threw Lacey off his game plan. Not to mention that the fight was at an odd hour for Lacey. In a rematch Dave Birmingham and the Lacey team could have tweaked a few minor things and he definitely would have been more aggressive and got his rhythm going early. There is no doubt in my mind that Lacey was drugged that night in the UK. I still hope a rematch is a possibility after Hopkins disposes of Calslappy.

Did Lacy win a medal at the Olympics?
Did I make that **** up?
Personally I thought Lacy looked far worse against Manfredo.

Lacy did not throw a combo nearly the entire fight which is not like him and as usual did not use his very underrated jab but either way it should have been much more of a competetive fight.......With the same result tho.
Finally! Someone who sees that that wasn't the Lacey we were used to seeing. Good post. Points coming your way.
