I am probably one of the few that will say that if Casamayor fought the green version of Mayweather that fought Hernandez at featherweight, then he would have a good shot at beating him. His southpaw style and ring experience from the amateurs will give him the edge in the fight. Not to mention hes one of the best PURE boxers and underrated fighters of this era.

Well Casamayor is very raw and rugged but still Floyd at any point takes him to the cleaners imo.

The Mayweather that fought Hernandez only had 17 pro fights and was not complete/green and with Casamayor's counter punching elusive style, speed and experience, Mayweather would find it difficult. Casamayor captured the Olympic gold medal in 1992 and had over 350 amateur bouts. Experience plays a major roll in the sport of boxing and i wouldn't mind favoring Casamayor by close decision in this match up.

Your right experience is a huge factor, but even the Floyd that beat Hernandez was light years ahead of that of a normal 17-0 fighter, itd be a tough fight no doubt but Floyd wins a UD i day 8 rounds to 4
