When will Yuriorkis Gambo capture a Belt???

Its obviously that this kid's got talent. amazing speed and power. great footwork and all.

so when do you guys reckon he'll capture a belt. i mean one of the big 4 belts (wbc, wba, ibf, wbo). i reckon he'll get one on his 15th fight.

I think next year. He already holds the NABF title and he'll hold one of the top four sanctioning bodies belts by next year.

I say by the beginning of next year, but wouldn't be suprised if it happen at the end of the year. The only guy at FW that I think would beat him would be Linares. Even then he still might win. What a matchup that would be though Gamboa/Linares.

Holyfield a world belt in his 12th pro fight, Leon Spinks in his 8th pro fight. Gamboa is 9-0 (8) in his first 11 months as a pro, with none of his opponents having even close to a losing record. Gamboa looks talented enough, that if he keeps up at this rate, he'll have a belt by the end of this year.

De La Hoya won a world title in his 15th month as a pro, the fastest I've seen. Gamboa would have to hurry to beat that.
