I don't like making disparaging remarks about fighters but Casamayor's victory last night is only papering over the cracks. The man is nearly finished and a fight with Pacquiao will be the final nail in his coffin.
True that! The two top guys are... 35? 36? that's ANCIENT at 135, and in their physical prime they were fighting at 130.

David Diaz is not even worth mentioning.

Look, if Juan Diaz kept on looking the way he did, I wouldnt have given Pac any chance, but pac's workrate against 36 years old super featherweights is most likely gonna do it. (although he never fought a superfeatherweight before)

              yawn...

young active fighter has a great chance of doing good against old boxer.

Taylor beat Hopkins and he never was/is/gonna be 10% of the fighter Hopkins was.

              comprende?

Have you been drinking my friend? lightweight, you mean?
To be honest, nobody's even sure that pac's gonna win against ddiaz and casa maybe 36 years old but he's a crafty 36 year old who just happened to take away the 0 from katsidis record or was it just a lucky punch? Did you notice how many boxing champs now are beyond 35 years old? Bhop is perenially out there, then there's calz, peņalosa, campbell, casamayor. Sooner than later, all divisions will be n dominated by old champs j/k.

I mean Pacman never fought a 130 fighter before, simple as that, simple as facts.

I love Casa but Katsidis is nothing special and it was just icing on the cake for an aging fighter. Seriously, do you think that tha Casa who fought Popo, Chico and Castillo would get knocked out of the ropes against Katsidis?

Now, Juan Diaz always looked pretty good and hence Campbell impressed me (I dont like him nearly as much as Casa).

As I already pointed out. Hopkins is a champ and is having success fighting other seniors. However a sloppy but young and active boxer like Taylor beat him twice.
