I am not saying what that dudes post said is not the truth but nobody can be mad at PBF for being #1 P4P in the world. PBF doesn't control how those people who do those rankings vote he has absolutely nothing to do with that **** so any discord people have with PBF being ranked #1 shouldn't start with PBF it should start with those who do the rankings.
The illusion of Floyd's #1pfp status.

Here is another post from an unbiased Floydfan that makes a valid point.
"Mayweather is an exceptionally talented fighter, hell he is undefeated! I do think that of late he has become complacent with his boxing career and might not have the determination and drive he did a few years ago. If that IS the case then he should let someone who IS serious about taking on ALL the best fighters in the division take the torch while he goes on to wrestle or promote or whatever. Keeping his ardent fans hanging on to watch him fight less than the best and still try to convince everyone he is still the dominant champion is not worthy of someone who has been labeled pound for pound the best fighter. If you are a professional boxer then you box and if you are the best then you fight the best. Leave no questions unanswered"Comment

U are giving Floyd credit for beating an end of his career Oscar, at a time when Oscar was inactive. If Floyd had faced a "prime" Oscar, then his win would have more meaning to it. Just because Oscar is a lock for the HOF, doesnt mean that Floyd fought the HOF version of him.Comment

Im well aware that beating prime Oscar would have more meaning and significance, but Oscar is still a very good fighter at this point in his career (far better than he was at 160) and still a significant win.Comment

One fight in more than 2 1/2 years is inactive, any way you look at it.Comment

One he stepped in the ring he became an active fighter, and after that fight, he fought Floyd.
So, he was an active fighter when he fought Floyd.Comment
