    Heavy Bag Techniques.

Hey.. First off i'd like to see hey to everyone on the forum (Im new)

I was just wondering is there any specific good workout for speed on the heavy bag or to improve my double jab? Im 15 and been boxing for about 2-3 months and only just started sparring.. Thanks for the replies.

And also I tend to go around the ring hands held high at the side of my head tight.. Should I have a more relaxed stance for walking about and go into the tight defensive when getting hit or?

    Thanks so much folks!

Chin low and hands up. When you get used to sparring you can do different stuff. When I started boxing I was thrown in the ring on my first lesson without headgear, I soon learnt quickly that you have to keep your hands up.
