    I now understand!

I now understand why lots of people dont like or think boxing is boring! In all seariousness im a boxer and I have been watching for a while and just look at these several months and how many things have gone wrong or robberies and early stoppages and other bs has happend! This **** is driving people away from boxing! preety soon we will have no fans of this sport if this keeps up! I had 5 friends over to watch the katsidis-gaysmayor fight and I had to APOLOGIZE to my friends over this BS fight! Lets not even mention the vera-lee fight and the marquez-pacman fight. But the marquez-pacman fight could of went either way but this stuff is getting out of hand! This type of stuff wouldnt happen in team sports and if it did it would be really really rare! Please share your thoughts on this and dont think im a boxing hater, Im a huge fan and a boxer myself and this is how im viewing this!

WOW. Why would anyone consider apologizing for this fight? And you call yourself a boxer. Disgraceful.

It's boxing. For years this type of stuff has gone on. People see fights differently which makes for questionable judging sometimes. Plus why did you have to apologize for that fight. It might be a FOTY canidate. It had KD's, cut's and dramatic turns in the fight. Was the stoppage questionable, maybe, but not horrible. Katsidis was basically out on his feet and im suprised he even got up. If you watch him during the count he can't steady himself. Im suprised they didn't stop it then.

depends on who you watch. ali vs bonavena was the first fight i ever watched. thought it was amazing that a punch like that ko'ed bona. started watching boxing mainly because of mike tyson! first fight i saw from him, he knocked the other guy out with the 1st thrown punch! if you want your friends to watch boxing you shouldve invited them to watch pacquiao vs morales or barrera and i heard cotto is one of the best boxers to watch.

i didnt like basketball until i started playing and started watching kobe bryant's awesomeness. to like a sport one must feel a connection to it.

I didn't think Casa was running. He about ended the fight in the first round and if you didn't notice when Casa wasn't moving he was getting tagged by Katsidis. He fought the fight he had to win and did it in spectacular fashion. Like Xcaret said if that fight bothered you go watch MMA.

Casa was boxing beautifully and adjusted when the pressure got too high. I wouldn't hesitate to call what he did masterful..
