I don't see Rees knocking anyone out, he is as feather-fisted as they come. Rees may win by out hustling Kotelnik. My money is on Kotelnik winning, probably by UD.

Ive only seen Kotelnik against Witter and he gave a good showing, not much of a devastaing puncher but his jab and movement have seen him beat better opposition than Rees.
