Lets not forget the UFC has more of its fights on PPV........Boxing promoters are greedy ****ers but atleast they co-promote and pay the fighters a fair share.

      good point.

My biggest problem is Boxing never tried reaching out to the youth and that in turn hurt them, thast why ufc scooped up that market.

its a shame, that greed lead tot his though.

if Boxing fans were as loyal as UFC fans that pacman vs jmm fight would do 800k ppv buys, Look at UFC they never get anything lower then 400k...so if pacman did 375-400k in ufc that would be there lowest buyrate.
Are you aware that whenever Pacman fights the streets of an ENTIRE COUNTRY become empty and crime stops for an entire nation for the duration of a 3 hour ppv?? That's about as loyal of a fanbase as you can get. With the high demograph of Filipino immigrants in california, texas, illinois, and new york alone is enough to extremely high ppv numbers. Add Latino Americans who have been here for generations but just happen to be avid boxing fans and you had yourself the opportunity for DLH/Mayweather type numbers had the fight been promoted more heavily.

Has there been an official estimate released yet? I know Dan Rafael said he hadn't got an official estimate, but it was somewhere in the high 300's.
