Ricky had only one fight at 147 against Collazo and Ricky got a gift but got chased back down to 140. How does fighting one time at 147 make you a real Welter Weight?

Floyd won the Ring championship along with the WBC title against Baldomir who held those titles at the time of the fight. I know you would prefer them to just award titles to whoever your boyfriend is this week but I much prefer the old fashioned notion that they have to be won and lost in the ring. Mayweather beat Baldomir about 18 months ago and in that time has moved up in weight to outpoint the best fighter at 154 lbs and has beaten the number one fighter at 140 lbs in the two biggest fights of 2007. I think you'd be hard pressed to find legitimate criticism of Floyd's conduct unless you're on Cotto's nuts. Or Margarito's.
