I voted for Cotto and Calzaghe is probably the runner up. Cotto is the only one that beat those 3 guys when they were at 100%. Quintana is a current champion, Mosley and Judah were top 10 in the welterweight division and were still good fighters.

Roy Jones beat Toney when he was out of shape and had to be hospitalized before the fight. He weighed 214 LBS 2 weeks before the fight and was far from 100%. Hopkins was a green contender at the time and didn't have his ora down yet.

Hatton was blown up in weight and Oscar was 5 years past his prime when Mayweather beat them.

The first win that Pacquaio had over Barrera was legit but Barrera was past his peak when they fought in the rematch and so was Morales. although the Marquez win was a great though.

Calzaghe is the runner up because Kessler and Lacy both were unbeaten champions that were in their proper divisions and younger as well.

On Paper, Roy Jones clearly has the best 3 wins on the list.

It's kind of weird list when you take into account the primes of these guys.
For Hopkins it sure looks like he was beating up on little guys. Pac's is skewed because all those guys were past prime.
Roy Jones looks good in this one because he dominated an undefeated Toney and Hopkins was schooled too, but the Tarver win was messy and lackluster.
Cotto's best win by miles was Mosley and Cal just didn't get that megafight until recently.

A hard list but I will say RJJ jr.

im not sure im leaning towards Pacman

If Morales ,Barrera, were past their prime then Hopkins had'nt even reached his prime and was not even close to it u could argue he did'nt reach his prime untill 2001 and he fought Roy Back in 1993

as for James Toney i think he showed against Griffin & Jones how one dimmenional he was when his oponents did'nt let him counter punch ,he looked lost in both theses fights

if Barrera & Morales were shot then they put up a lot of damn resistence up more so than Toney & Hopkins anyway

Eubank is one of the best wins, by far.

Manfredo is nearing the bottom of worst fighters beat.

Thats some crap biased assed list you got there!!!

Which current boxer has the 3 best wins on their resume

The most objective choice should be Manny "Pacman" Pacquiao. The Pacman has defeated the best pound 4 pound boxers (in his weight category), e.g. Barrera, Morales & Marquez) in the boxing world. What other proof do we need?

Roy Jones and Pac are the obvious choices. I'll go with Roy though.

And as others have said, Eubank >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Manfredo.

                  Hopkins-(Wright,Trinidad, DeLaHoya)

All three of Hopkins' wins were past their best weight classes (WW, LMW).
IMO going up in weight to beat Tarver is a bigger win than a MW DLH coming off a controversial win over Felix Sturm.

However, all three were ranked highly p4p and wanted to fight Hopkins, it wasn't Hopkins calling them out...

                  Cotto - (Judah, Mosley, Quintana)

Cotto has good wins but Judah and Mosley were both, while still capable and dangerous fighters (Judah vs Mayweather, Mosley vs Collazo), past their best (Mosley 37 years old, Judah coming off a long break and losses to Baldomir and Mayweather). Now that Zab&Mosley are fighting each other we will see how much they have left.

Quintana's stock has risen now that he defeated Williams.

                  Roy Jones - ( Hopkins , Toney , Tarver)

Hopkins wasn't at his best against Jones, he had only been active as a pro for 3 years, both Jones and Hopkins were green.
I'd argue that beating the former undisputed champion Virgil Hill or a heavyweight title holder Ruiz was better.

Toney has all the excuses for the Roy Jones loss (weight drain, took RJJ too lightly, didn't train) but he was top ranked p4p, undefeated in 46 fights, coming off wins over Barkley, Thornton, Littles and Williams where he looked destructive. Toney went on to lose his next fight to Montell Griffin.

The performance Roy Jones put on Toney that night makes you doubt Toney could beat Jones even if he was at his very best.

The first Tarver fight was a great win for Roy even though it was controversial to some but he lost the trilogy to Tarver.

Pacquiao - (Marquez, Barrera , Morales)

All three were past their peak.

Defeating Barrera for the first time may still be his greatest win, Morales defeated him in the first fight, Marquez drew and lost a split decision that could've gone either way.
Anyway, all three are great fighters who were ranked top p4p and Pacquiao having wins over all of them is impressive no matter how you look at it.

                  Floyd - (Hatton, Castillo, DLH)

DLH wasn't in his prime (had a long break, in his mid 30's) but he was obviously still a dangerous fighter for the first 6 rounds and held a LMW title.

Hatton was the undisputed LWW champion but he had no business fighting at WW after the Collazo fight. But it's doubtful that Hatton would beat Floyd in any weight class.

Castillo was a great win for Floyd but some would argue that defeating Corrales was better (especially because it was a dominant performance, not a close win like the first Castillo fight).

                  Wright - (Mosley,Tito, Quartey)

Wright's win over Mosley was a great one but Mosley wasn't as good at LMW as he was at LW and WW. Mosley was coming off 2 losses to Forrest and a controversial win over DLH.

Trinidad was coming off a destruction against Mayorga but he had lost to Hopkins previously. 'Tito' was not at his best but Wright put on a boxing clinic that makes you doubt Trinidad would beat him even in his prime.

Quartey was not at his best but he was still coming off a controversial decision loss to Forrest.

                  Calzaghe - (Lacy, Kessler, Manfredo)

Calzaghe's wins over the younger Lacy (IBF champion) and Kessler (WBA&WBC champion) established him as the top guy at SMW but it's hard to see how anyone could think Manfredo is his 3rd best victory.

Eubank and Reid were both more accomplished and would both beat Manfredo like a drum.

Long post but it didn't take that much time to write, I swear...
