What do you guys see in Miranda? He sucks!

I wouldnt go so far as to say he SUCKS, but agreed that he at one point he waayyyy overrated, not so much anymore after losing to Pavlik. He beat Allan Green but I think Green may have been weight drained, because he usually fights heavier, he looked kinda sluggish. Miranda got power and heart, but the elites in that weight range would whoop him.

To say he sucks is an over statement. What I like about him is that he is willing to fight anybody and has the ability to destroy opponents with his power, but he is nothing special and talks so much **** it's ridiculous.

I have no doubt in my mind that Kessler would beat Miranda

A win over Allan Green does not mean you deserve to be talked about as a massive puncher. Who is a top level fighter.

Miranda is not top ten in SMW.

While i respect his heart and determination and willingness to fight the best.

It is fans like you who need to more accurately identify talent. Because is a lot of talent out there who do not get the recognition they deserve, because people are caught up on dreaming about Mirandas power...

How could anyone not like a boxer that takes on the BIG challenges. Win, Lose or draw, here we have a fighter that gives it all he's got, and refuses to quit. Miranda brings sheer power to the ring. However, he needs a good trainer to show him a thing a two about defensive boxing, but Edison Miranda doesn't disappoint, he always comes to fight. I respect his desire to become world champ, I just feel Miranda's philosophy is "I want it right now, forget fighting contenders, I want the Champ". But in a way, gotta give the kid credit for having all "HEART" in the ring. While struggling to make weight at 160, Kelly Pavlick was too much for the heavily drained Miranda. Did he quit??? NO!!! made no excuses and vowed to be back.

I am a fan of a boxer with this type of attitude! unlike so call great boxers that duck every one in sight!

He's not THAT bad. He's exciting, he's an animal. You're never going to see a boring fight with him in it. And he'll always have a puncher's chance

Miranda is definitely overrated and he has a lot of flaws, but he does have knockout power and a big heart....He is a good fighter, but he can't hang with the elite and I have no doubt in my mind that Kessler will school Miranda and win by late TKO.

Edison is not a techniqual boxer and nobody here claims him to be. Although he has some good skills and shows this by outpointing Allan Green, Howard Eastman (b4 the stoppage), and too many Arthur Abraham.

He will win most of his fight with his determination, heart, raw power and natural fighting abilities. You hurt him in the ring and he wants to hurt you worse. Yea, Pavlik was the one acception. But once he puts Kessler out, the doubters will see a why he should have never fought at 160lbs and beleive he was drained and sick.
