He hypes his fighters so much saying they can beat anyone and they always get beaten and battered by bums, honestly I can't stand him anymore.

    I completely agree.

Taylor fought better after he dumped Steward, in the second fight with Pavlik. Manny is overrated.

      Plain and basic common sense.

Im starting to think he's overrated. None of his fighters seem to react well to being hurt, it's weird. No inside skills other than Hearns who had the great left to the body, and Lewis who had the great uppercut along with the clinching and leaning.

Yep! Great thread i was thinking the same thing.

They should shut the Kronk gym down and Manny should work on his journalism skills and commentate fights.

Man he overhyped lee to the fullest...Arum bought in to it a little bit too i guess by signing him

Teddy, whom I hate, am sure had a good time bradocasting this one. He was taking cheap shots about Teddy sarcastically saying legendary and that right hook advice.

You hit the nail right on the head, I've noticed that a lot too, his fighters seem to gas out quickly and like you said they don't react well when they get hurt. Supposedly Steward preaches so much about using the jab and when the time comes none of his fighters ever use it at all, I don't get it. Steward is waaaay over his head and waaaaaay too overrated.

I don't think you could call Steward overrated because he's trained many champs past and present. Some great ones as well. Maybe's he's at the end of his road, but boxing has been his life. You could complain about his training, but when it comes down to it the fighter is in the ring not the trainer.

Damn't I said this after the firast plavlik fight and everyone was sayin I dont know ****.

I said "Taylor doesn't use the jab anymore.. he use to use it alot.. now he doesn't hardly throw it"

Response: "Taylor does what he wants .. manny is telling him the correct stuff"

I think Manny is done... his ways arent that good anymore for pros.

Response: "Shut da F up.. why don't you become a great trainer... Blah blah blah"

                    NOW what...????
