Never really considered Codrington a slugger.
He got caught up in a slug-fest with Bika and see how that turned out.

He was actually a pretty good amateur boxer so the background is there.

He is, but he is a sort of guy who falls in love with his power and a good boxer could make him frustrated and go all out.

This is an intriguing fight. I'll be at the bar by the time the fight starts but they should be showing it. It'll be cool to see Lee on national TV. I'm thinking a middle round TKO here.

I have Comcast cable and also have ESPN2 high-def but it always comes up letterbox during the FNF telecasts.

He is a very good boxer. I saw him on the undercard of Quartey-Forrest, and he completely outboxed and embarrassed a tall lanky guy just like Lee, except not nearly as good, to a 8 round decision

The only other time I saw Lee on TV was when they had him on Versus I think sometime last year. I don't think his fight was supposed to be shown on TV, but since the main event ended early they showed his fight. It was the first time I saw him and I was impressed. Good to see him get some good exposure on ESPN and to the american boxing fans. He should win tonight and hopefully put on a good show to make that Pavlik fight that he wants in the future to look good to us down the road.

Lee vs Codrington would be an exciting fight....Andy Lee's chin has never really been tested yet, Codrington has some good power and would test Lee's chin....The jury is still out on Lee's chin so it's kinda unfair to make statemants like that...We do know about Codrington's chin though, he has shown a weak chin getting KO'd in 15 seconds by Green and getting KO'd by Bika....I wouldn't be surprised at all if Lee knocked Codrington out cold.
