So... Any Mayweather fans actually getting Irritated yet?

Im a huge Floyd fan... I see his talent and its unbelievable...

But honestly.. I dont want another Oscar rematch... its bull****... fight the best or dont fight...

Its so irritating for me, because i see how TALENTED this man is, inside the ring... but he really wont fight any of the threats in his weight class...

I think he could beat Cotto... but the point is moot if he wont fight him...

I am a LITTLE torn though.. because i dont think Oscar SUCKS as much as he is depicted in this forum... he is the only fighter to give Floyd his closest fight on the scorecards to date... But I for one, didnt think it was even close to a split decision...

Conclusion: Fight the best, Or dont fight at all...

I appreciate a man's honesty and one who can speak in a rational manner using plain and basic common sense. Green K for you.

Very intelligent post, although most would agree that Castillo came closest (or should have won) your actually right cuz on paper, Oscar came closest to Floyd on the scorecard.

I don't mind the fact that he wants money, but man, its gonna be an oscar rematch, and it meet even be a Hatton rematch after that, Floyd needs to step it up

unless floyd is going to fight cotto, hardcore boxing fans should not buy the second fight with de la Hoya or hatton.

I won't say I am irritated but as a big PBF fan I can and have said the rematch with De la Hoya is bull**** because the first fight wasn't close for real. Also even though I don't think Cotto would be a tough fight for PBF you have to admit that Cotto is the man he should be fighting before he fights anybody.

I am torn because I look at the decisions PBF makes from the standpoint of a fan and as a man. As a fan of course I want PBF to take a different route than what he is taking. As a man I can respect the financial decisions PBF is making because he is trying to make his family generation wealthy not just him being wealthy.

Truth be told only Cotto will suffice because he is viewed as the biggest challenge even though I think a healthy 100% ready to go Vernon Forrest is his toughest challenge.

I think that he's just got to a point where the money has gotten to his head, and he's feeling as if the world revolves around him. It still doesnt excuse the fact that he is fastly becoming boxing's #1pfp clown. He doesnt even respect the sport anymore. Floyd: "My focus is on WWE right now. Boxing is in my rearview mirror"

Im not a big fan of Floyd or a big hater, but I do appreciate his skill. Though as of late I get tired of him talking about money. Plus he has a chance to cement his legacy as maybe one of the greatest of all time because the WW division is so strong. Yet he would rather be in wrestling and fight DLH for big time bucks. I don't hate on a man for making money, but if he's serious about being one of the best then he needs to start fighting the best and not just go for huge paydays. Plus isn't he rich enough already.

I'm also a fan and its getting frustrating. I understand on why he is taking the rematch with Oscar. (because it was rather close and money purposes>>which I personally dont agree with) Then he talks about fighting Hatton in a rematch which is really not what fans want to see. Me as a Mayweather fan....I would prefer him fight Cotto after Oscar.(just my opinion)

I am a Mayweather fan but am slowly starting to lose respect and interest because of this. He says that he is the best at 147, but yet he doesn't attempt to unify or fight the biggest threats that are in the division. It can't be the money because he is a millionaire. He simply doesn't want to get an L on his record so he fight guys that are older than him and past their prime, or he fights blown up attractions like Ricky Hatton. Cotto is the man that Mayweather needs not only to prove and put a stamp on his legacy, but that fight is also what boxing needs. Two unbeaten pound for pound champions that are in the same weight class and is an actually 50/50 fight. Everyone knew that Mayweather would beat Oscar and everyone also knew that he would beat Hatton, but Cotto/Mayweather is a toss up and i would favor Cotto in this one.

That was a good and honest post REE****LALUSS. Good to see unbiased posters on this site.
