I would say a great young title holder not on the list would be a young Nonito Donaire who will probably move up this year and give mijares a run for his money. He has power for a little guy just as smart as mijares in the ring and the counterpuncher style our Juan Manuel Marquez nuthuggers believe to dominate any other style of boxing hands down. lol. Based on the list tho...Kelly Pavlik. Malignaggi is a title holder but doesnt even belong in that list.
