Zab Judah: "this Will Be Mosley's Last Fight!"

    Super Judah, Super Focused

    Editor: Tell us about it.

Zab Judah: "Ain't nothing, fresh out of the mountains, I just ran five miles. It's 6:30 a.m., I'm feeling great. I'm going to lay back until it's time to get something to eat, and get ready for the press conference."

Editor: The formal announcement is coming today. They named the fight High Stakes, how high are the stakes for this fight?

Zab Judah: The stakes are high, they want to compensate my man for when he loses. This is going to be his last fight, they want to compensate him with a pension or something. Let him walk with something.

Editor: Did you have to interrupt your training camp at Big Bear a lot to attend this press conference, or was it not really a big deal?

ZJ: It wasn't really a big deal. This is what I do, we the best, so we do it like the best. We had to come down for a couple of days, do what we have to do, and that's it. We're in tremendous shape. We're down the block from Shane Mosley's house in Reseda. One of these days, hopefully Jin will cook us some dinner. We'll have a big dinner.

Editor: I don't know if she cooks. I don't know if you'd want to eat the food either, you're the opponent, it might be poisoned.

ZJ: She might try to poison me, but she might just be a good friend and cook some good food.

Editor: The Mosley fans, and the Judah critics say that Mosley has a great chin, and he's faced the best opposition, he's been hit by bigger guys at bigger weights. Can Zab Judah really hurt him, can Zab knock Mosley out? How do you respond to that?

ZJ: Listen, the name of the game is winning. That's what we're here to do, come May 31st, our whole gameplan is winning. No matter what people say, they don't have to fight. I have to fight. Zab Judah is known as one of the best fighters in the world. My talent speaks for itself, so I don't worry about what people say.

Editor: How has it been working with Mayweather?

ZJ: We worked a couple of days, it was good. I've been working with my father, and Eddie Mustafa Mohammed??, it's been good.

Editor: Does that mean that Mayweather Sr. kind of gave you the cold shoulder to go work with Oscar?

ZJ: No, Mayweather Sr. has never given me the cold shoulder about anything.

Editor: So, why isn't he training you?

ZJ: He's in Puerto Rico with Oscar right now, they'll be here in a couple of days. We'll all be together.

Editor: Will Mayweather Sr. work your corner for this fight?

    ZJ: Yes.

Editor: Can people expect this to be a slugfest, or do you plan on utilizing the boxing skill that you have, but tend to abandon when you're in that...

ZJ: This is what makes it a great PPV event, you don't know what the hell is going to happen. You've got to be there, you've got to see, find out. You've got to watch it, order PPV, May 31st, Zab Judah assaults Shane Mosley.

Editor: Give us some closing thoughts.

ZJ: To all the Zab Judah fans, if you're in Las Vegas, please attend the press conference. It's going to be great. If you're around on May 31st, please attend the fight. If not, order it on PPV, May 31st Zab Judah's back.

zab is an underachiever, nuff said, he doesn't have the discipline to out work mosley, he has the power to stun mosley but he won't be able to get any clean shots off, due to the fact that mosley has a solid defense and knows how to use it, unlike zab.

zab isn't going to be able to keep up his intensity for the whole fight, he's going to gas after the 4th round like he always does. zab isnt going to work combo's, he isn't going to work off his jab, he's going to try and set the pace but as soon as mosley gets in a groove, judah is going to let him dictate the pace and zab is going to look like a glorified sparring partner.

i would very much like to see mosley win by KO, but i have a sneaky su****ion that mosley is going to win by WIDE UD..................but i have hopes of mosley beating the piss out of zab and having zab quit in the corner..........

Zab might win the first 2-3 rounds and then Mosley rips him apart
Judah talks like he's undefeated or something

Zab needs to let his hands go if he wants to win this one. He was way to gun shy against Cotto even when he had Cotto wobbled. I think If he opens up more in the mid rounds then he'll have confidence going into the later rounds. This is assuming the fight goes the distance.
