Jorgen Hansen vs. Joseph Pachlerfor the EBU-title in 1978. The fight was in Pachlers hometown of Vienna,Austria. Hansen was well ahead on points. After the bell to end round 8, Hansen patted Pachler on the shoulder and Pachler looked at Hansen, then suddenly collapsing on the floor.

The ringside doctor rushed in and Pachler was put on a stretcher. Then it was announced that Hansen was DQ'ed and Pachler, suddenly fresh, jumped up and down for joy. What a sportsman!

Pachler became the most hated sportsfigure in Denmark afterwards and was brought up several times afterwards to be defeated by Hans Henrik Palm and Hansen himself via KO.
