Sven Ottke was an average fighter at best who somehow (I won't say how) ended up retiring undefeated.
He might make the hall of fame but he won't be in there for a long while and if he loses against Michalczewski, probably never.

I guess you could say he had good defense and conditioning but that's about it.
No offensive capabilities (except for KO'ing Mundine ), he was better off as an amateur (very successful, beat several top amateurs).

He fought like an Amateur too, have you seen Ottke/Starie....ouch

That was a 12 round pitter patter amatuer fight. Starie was a decorated amatuer too.

Yeah. He had a long amateur career (world champ?) and turned pro very late. In the amateurs I believe I can recall that he said that he'd never turn pro. Wasn't he close to 30 when he did? Anyway as an amateur he was just as dull as he was as a pro. It was better for the viewer tough..... only 3 rounds of 'action'.

Still knocked out Mudine tho hahaha! the Robin Reid fight was the most disgracful fight ive ever seen in the history of boxing. Ottke is one of the most corrupt fighters ever known in the game, he is a disgrace to the sport and should be banned from the sport.

Haha. The sadder thing is, Mundine had him one punch from being knocked out the round before and he was in his 10th fight with no amateur career. Ottke was ****. If he fought in the US he wouldn't even make friday night fights.
