Last time I checked, you yourself suggested he was suing because he disliked Arum. Ad hominem attacks are irrelevant attacks on a person used in an effort to undermine an argument. I pointed out $50,000 is of little significance for Mayweather, by way of example. The truth of the matter is that he doesn't know if he has been shortchanged at all, and we don't know if he has a reason to believe he has been shortchanged. What we do know is that he dislikes Arum, and $50,000 means nothing to him. In light of these facts what seems likely is that the suit was brought either as a nuisance, or as a publicity stunt, or both. Frivolous you see.
