How Do You Make Cool Gif's?

I WANT TO MAKE some cool motion gif's of my fav boxer's. I have photoshop. Is that enough?

i'm gonna make some on the pac- marquez II fight later on.


I use: Photoshop CS3, and Windows movie maker.

1. use windows movie maker to cut the AVI. movie file to the highlight you want and save it as "DSI-AVI".

2. Open CS3 and import avi.
