it doesnt matter what belt you have, there are too many now anyway to claim one is any better than the other. also the ibo ranking system is alot better than any of the others... some dont even rank hatton in the top ten at light welter which even the most committed hatton haters cant claim is true.

all that matters is who you defend your belt against and hatton has defended it against some of the best light welters at the time of the fight.

i think hatton will win by wide unanimous decision, but fair play to paulie for taking the fight. just not sure if they will hold the fight at the garden or DONCASTER DOME!!!

This is a pretty low risk Floyd for Hatton.

He should be fighting him now. I guess Malignaggi can't get out of his mandatory.

I mean I'd pay for this on PPV, at least Paulie is a champ and has supreme confidence in his own ability.

Hatton stops him, because unlike Cotto he sticks to him like a piece of dog**** on your trainers all night and Paulie doesn't have the firepower to make him think or the defensive skills to make him miss, or the footspeed to get away.

Paulie's ****ed in the fight really, I've yet to see any evidence of up to scratch in-fighting skills. If you haven't got up to scratch in-fighting skills, Hatton is just going to smash you. It's what he does.

Hatton is not getting any better i think his out of the ring life style will start to take its toll, he hasnt impressed that much in his last few fight, i could see paulie winning a UD against him, Hatton has to get past his next fight first I have seen many fighters perform awfull in there return fights after being Ko'd.

It is good for boxing fans that this fight as been made. It is gonna be a good battle and I can't see any fighter backing off but Ricky will be to powerful and stronger for Paulie IMO and he will take it by a TKO.
