Before you Pac ****suckers start start going crazy over the thread title, I had the fight a draw, but could see Pac winning and I'm not dis*****g the decision. I'm a fan of Manny Pacquiao as well. He was strong, fast, his boxing skills have vastly improved. He showed a decent jab and was able to sneak his right in various times. Dude was the beat he normally is.
But Juan Manuel Marquez showed that age was just a number tonight and will and heart can be just as valuable as physical attributes and advantages. That sweeping left that he landed after a combination was VICIOUS. That was the FIRST time I have seen Pac hurt. He was even stumbling a bit. It was no question that JMM was controlled the majority of the rounds and by majority, im not talking about a landslide but, just more than Pac. He landed more punches and his % was STILL higher. Unfortunately, Pac landed very many hard and effective punches. Juan though, wow. Tonight, Juan fought an AMAZING technical and aggressive fight. **** all of those elitist "pure boxing fan" faqqots consider him a "brawler" just because he is also offensive minded.
Anyway, cong**** to Pac. I cant wait to see how he does at lightweight. As for Juan, I dont think this loss damaged his stock much. The decision seems to be heavily disputed and I think Mexican fans will embrace him even more now after a brave and amazing performance. One thing I am certain of though, I am very proud to be a Juan Manuel Marquez fan.
