I remember Tyson saying he didn't "like" Mayweather when asked about him last December, but I had no idea he attended the fight.

Am I out of line saying I'd like to have Tyson as a commentator one day? He seems to have stabilized a bit and boxers always make the best commentators, see George Foreman and Roy Jones Jr.
He would have to improve a lot.

He did a Showtime telecast back in 1995, on Hopkins-Mercado 2 and Pettway-Brown, and he was ****.

        I remember that.

"Mike do you think that Hopkins could have won that a 10-8 round even though there was no knockdown?"

"What? No. Hopkins won that round."

"Yeah, but giving him an extra point for domination."

"Oh I'm not good at scoring, just knocking people out."

Can someone tell me exactly what Tyson said about Mayweather? I would love to know what he thinks of many of the fighters today.

Well, Mayweather and him couldn't possibly be any different from a boxing standpoint.

He called the international feed for Rahman-Maskaev. I remember a picture I saw of him at ring side ripping his headset off and screaming at someone in the ring. He looked like he wanted to run in there and bite someone's ear.
