How good of a puncher is Juan Manuel Marquez

I've only seen Marquez fight twice (his two biggest fights) against Pacquiao and Barrera. He didn't hurt Pacquiao in the fight to my eyes (but Pacquiao has stood up to heavy fire from just about everyone) and he had Barrera hurt once pretty badly in their fight.

Does he have the power to KO Pacquiao? Pacquiao has a pretty damn good chin. Does he have the power to hurt Pacquiao?

i think he does have power to hurt him....to KO him??i dont think so....pacquiao has a great beard...plus he is fast and explosive...if you try to finish him he throws a hundred punches to the air to drive you back...

Has he shown that he has some pretty good punch behind all that technique in his other fights though?

I guess my question is whether he has the power to hurt someone with one punch. I know he hurt Barrera pretty badly, but it looked like that was off a combination of quite a few punches.

he has great power. he had a pretty long KO streak at one point. but Pacquiao is a different kind of animal. i think the only fighters than can KO him are in the lightweight division.

At 130 he seems like an above average puncher at best. I dont believe he can hurt Pacquiao. He knocked out that guy on HBO -I forget his name- with a nice combination, and hurt Barrera with a combo as well.

Marquez has enough power to get any opponents respect, and he has the technique to finish off anyone he hurts. That being said, I don't see him KO'ing Pacquiao. He won't forget that Manny has the power and speed to put him in immediate danger and he'll try to win a convincing decision.

Pacquiao is more lbs over the weight limit on fight night, than the last time.
In boxing everything can happen, but the chances are against a ko for Marquez

But of course he won't be able to land the wide punches like that on Pac. lol he'll eat a left hand for sure.
