FLASH: Kessler vs. Miranda is not on yet!

Mikkel Kesslers manager Bettina Palle says tonight, contrary to reports in several medias, that the proposed fight between Edison Miranda and Kessler neither is signed nor agreed to yet.

She did, however, state that the fight seemed 'likely' and that there had been negotiations with Mirandas camp for some time now.

i wouldnt be surprised if this fight doesnt happen , it took kesslers camp a long time to even acknowledge this fight.

Actually it's just not Palles style to make too many comments when a fight is being negotiated.

It would be better for Kessler, financially and otherwise, to fight Roy Jones Jr.

Jones is an all-time great, but Miranda is just a loudmouthed nobody.

Where did you hear that RJJ is calling Kessler out?

I think by the end of this weekend all terms of both sides will be met and the fight will be finalized. At this point I would be really really surprised to see either side back out.

No, my plans are to watch you run in about 1 year after Miranda KO's Kessler and gets his rematch with Pavlik and does the same.
