I can't see how Miranda could beat Kessler in all honesty.

Though Miranda is one of those fighters I'd like to see against anybody.

With one big punch it could happen, but Kessler is the better boxer and I understand what your saying. It' either going to take a good performance by Miranda or one big punch.

Yes, no doubt Kessler is a great fighter and it is going to take everything Edison has to come up with a strategy to pull off a win.

But, when Miranda says he wants the best, he means it. In his head he thinks he can beat anyone and wants to prove to the world he can. Ever since the Pavlik loss, a fight he took waaaay to lightly, he has been a different person. I expect him to train his ass off for this fight and surprise alot of doubters.

If it's Showtime, it's a coup for that network. After a dismal 2007, they are coming back big time this year, and if HBO doesn't step it up in the second half, it could be Showtime's year. PPVs shouldn't figure in for the HBO/Showtime battle.

It doesn't look very promising for HBO, though Vitali-Peter on HBO WBC sounds good. But, after Cal-Hopkins, there isn't a huge, five-star fight slated for WCB for the rest of the year.

Showtime had a dismal 2007? Marquez-Vasquez I and I, Darchinyn-Donaire, amongst others were pretty decent fights to me...
