It's all psychological.. even if Cintron has improved so much that he is over all better then Margarito I doubt his confidence is there remembering what happened last time. I think he is gonna have that fear and doubt in the back of his head and it will be why he loses.
You know what might be a changing factor is that Cintron was coming off of a 9 month lay off from having surgery on his hand.. He's been active without any hand problems as of late so that could be a big difference between the fight now and then..
