I have never heard of Lockett before this.. So just checking his record.. he is a complete bum... his Last fight was an 8 rounder.. How do you go from fighting 8 rounders to a Championship fight???

I am all for Pavlik earning the right to an "easy" fight.... But this EASY????

I love this sport, but only in boxing this kind of stuff happens. I don't mind Pavlik fighting an easier fight, but I think there may have been someone more deserving. Griffen would have been better, at least he had a draw with Sturm.

It don't matter what you think he is the mandatory. Lockett's undefeated and obviously paid his sanctioning fee's. Just because you don't know him does'nt mean he did'nt work his way up to get a shot. Just because he did'nt fight the big names you know does'nt mean ****.
