How much do you spend a year on PPV?

Damn, I just realized something. Before this year, I probably averaged about $100 dollars (2 PPV) a year. This year I'm on track to spend around $300-$400 due to all the great fights that are being made. AND THEY SAY BOXING IS DEAD.

I don't buy fights, I just goto a local sports bar that's a 3 minute walk from my house, and the owner is a big boxing fan. So he puts on boxing PPV's over UFC's.

Anyway I go there virtually for all PPV fights and spend roughly $30-50 a night getting absolutely tanked,.

Maybe $300-400?

That's pretty much the same thing. We used to have a bar here that bought them if we asked, but it got closed down.

There is usually at least 1 good PPV per month. I buy all the PPV's that are at least decent.....No old Holyfield PPV's or when Margarito had that PPV. To tell you the truth the only PPV's I would shy from are the HW's which often leave me wondering why the hell certain fights are on PPV. The lower weights from SMW down usually only truly deserving fights on PPV. I bought Pav-Taylor, Cotto-Mosley, PBF-Hatton, Cotto-Judah, Hopkins-Winky....forget the rest of this past year, but I think it averaged about 3 good PPV's every 2 months. So do the math and thats what I spend. I usually Tivo it and use a capture card to make a Boxing DVD collection.

believe or not i buy all the ppv's i don't miss anything,
well maybe HW bouts unless is on air free (hbo,showtime,espn2,versus) and all chavez jr's fights
i'd say 400-600 per year and im not rich i work for it, im just a die hard fan of the sport
