But if he loses .. then he just loses... He's the one fighting at this age.. So its not really an excuse to be made... No one is making him box Calzhage the younger.. more active champion....Hopkins still looks good and can beat alot of names out there...So why not fight till someone shows you its time?

No shame in continuing.. even though i really want him to win i think maybe he bit a lil more than eh could chew on this one.. to be totally honest.

I want him to win.. But if he loses.. then thats just it.. and retire I would say.
    good post bro!

yes, they act as they are trying to convince the rest of us hopkins is a very good fighter at 43 so they can say look at what joe did, what an acomplishment. joe is nº1 etc etc. The truth is Joe is just what the name suggests, an average Joe with no wins over anyone half decent, even Lacy and Kessler are Jokes in America (Kessler is ducking Pantera who lost to Pavlik!). What can you do? *Sigh*

hay man.. i think kessler could do some damage over here...

Even though it seems like he only throws the 1-2(though he doesn't)... he's very good at it and has done well so far.

And I'm not sure he would be ducking Miranda... Atleast not yet.. Let it play out more..

I know your talking about Edison calling all those names out.. but ya gotta let it sit.. people think about things.

I don't wanna sound like i'm ****ting on calzaghe.. i don't know what to say about his resume. I do know for sure though that B-hop is an old man and fights like one. If he pulls off the upset, then wow. Maybe Cal does suck.. but the reality is B-hops goin down, and while it may be closer than people think. B-hop is no longer as game as he once was.

Allucard, grow up a little. If you actually watch the fighters and forget the nationality, it would be incredibly OBVIOUS that Kelly Pavlik is nowhere near the same league as Kessler.

If we are going to grow up a little then this thread should never have been made. The real story here is B-hop is not game enough for Cal to get any serious credit for the victory.

I mean....b-hop is not totally over... so Cal will get some credit if he gets the job done...leaning towards when he gets it done....

But anyway B-hop can still beat alot of fighters.. so its not totally useless for Cal to fight him...

                I mean b-hop is smart..you dont think he's coming with a plan?

Though I want B-hop to win i still feel no plan can help for the volume and power... I mean he almost put kessler down with a body shot..remember that on the ropes...

and took thunder uppercuts from kesller.

Hopkins is not special anymore, but he's Ring champ at 175.

I think Kessler and Lacy were both bigger wins than this one will be, so if this is your point, I agree.

Also why is Hop Ring p4p #4? Personally I think he's not tope ten or even fifteen at the moment, but I'm in the minority. Where would you put him?
