Papi has the best version of the Judah fight.

Everytime he tells it, it gets better and better..

Think about it though, lol What if Gomez wins. What if he moves enough and lands just a heavy right hand that Cotto can't deal with?

That would throw the whole division upside down. Floyd fans would explode first, obviously. They'll be the first to call Gomez the real deal (hollow compliments lol) Gomez would blow up. Floyd would probably call Gomez out lol..(Floyd fans would approve of this in a heartbeat lmao)

But seriously, if ESPN's Alfonso Gomez defeats Miguel Cotto lol...that **** would be a cluster ****. I wan't Cotto Floyd, but this fight would stop it. But if Gomez would show up, one night in his life, and completely **** over my hopes of a Cotto Mayweather fight...lol I wouldnt be mad at him. lol I'd probably sig that **** just based on the fact that it was such a longshot.

You mean like the oddsmakers, Ring magazine, and about half the media and general public? Because they all picked Cotto.
It wasnt that lopsided thats doing both fighters an injustice. The prefight buzz of Cotto-Mosley was split pretty fairly with most having it as a pickem.

HaHA.. What injustice? I just stated the facts. What he said is injustice.

Oddsmakers, The Ring, and split evenly with the fans and media, right?

          Sheesh..

To imply that it was a loopside, everyone knew Cotto was going to win is an Injustice or perhaps using the phrase a disservice to both fighters is a bit better.

From Cotto's perspective it implys that he took no risk in taking the fight with Mosley and that Mosley was a give me fight.

From Mosley's perspective it implys that he took a fight against someone who he knew he couldn't beat just to cash in on a PPV payday and possibly his last big payday.

If I'm not mistaken you and many others here thought that Mosley would win.

BTW, the boxingscene staff had it 50-50.

Lastly Vegas odd makers dont put spreads based on who they think is gonna win a fight or a game, spreads and odds are based on popularity and betters confidence, hopes and team/players fan base.

Nope haven't been drinking. Anyway my last assertion in this thread was the Mosley-Cotto fight was a pickem or as close to a pickem as there is.

Risk in Mosley??? Get out of here! Mayweather was fighting UNDEFEATED P4P KING IN CORRALES (RIP) when he was 23!! That's what i call a risk. Cotto is a ****ing joke compared. He's fighting Mosley on a 10 year advantage and you call it risk???? LOL.
