I would have to say a straight cross. (Left for the southpaw fighters and right for the orthodox fighters) I've seen some brutal KO by the straight cross. IMO this is one of the most brutal punches if you know how to throw it correctly.

A properly thrown and timed Uppercut from your power hand..In theory.. is the Hardest punch in Boxing... Lead Hooks and Power Crosses are about the same as each other.. Although some fighters seem to defy that...

Whats the hardest punch in boxing that does the most damage? i would say right hand

id say the right hand is the common shot that lands regularly more than any other punch with power ,however that dont mean its the hardest that as its already been explained depends on that particular fighter

the most hurtfull punch in Boxing but not necessarily the hardest is the uppercut ,but its also one of the hardest shots to land and it lands less frequently than the right hand or left hook with the majority of people anyway

id say a perfectly delievered left hook is the hardest punch in Boxing ,but again the hardest shot does necessarily the most hurtfull ,its where u punch lands aswell as how hard it lands thats why the uppercut is so effective cause of the targer it frequently hits when it lands the chin
