All it takes is one big shot to get Wlad stumbling and unlike Peter and DaVarryl Williamson Haye is a finisher.

Good points! Looking back at those fights really puts things into perspective. At the moment I give Wlad the edge only because he's a defensive fighter that uses his hight and reach advantage. But giving Haye no Chance is ridiculous, he has a great chance!

Haye has been knocked out was well, no? And is regarded as having a less-than-stellar chin, not unlike Klitschko, correct? They both have tremendous power, though Klitschko moreso. Haye has a "relaxed" defense (though that may change if he fights Wlad), Klitschko has great D. Klitschko's probably the better boxer also, and he has great jab.

This could actually be a pretty good fight. I wouldn't mind seeing Haye and Povetkin either. That would have some action.

The point is Wlad was hurt badly from exhaustion. His corner stopped it from fear of him becoming seriously injured. No one stops a fight because their fighter is just tired.

I have seen the fight numerous times. I have to admit that Purity was not even lading clean shots but the referee stopped it because he was completely gassed out and was not fighting back much.

Your bias for Klitschko needs a little re thinking. In the Peter/Klitschko fight, Jim Lamply even said that the referee stopped the fight. Go and request this fight in the video trading forum and watch it again.

no the point is that he told another poster he should go watch the fight when his post made it obvious he has never seen anything more than the 30 second youtube highlight of wlad going down. which is inexcusable.

wlad was never badly hurt, he was exhausted plain and simple

he took that fight (a 12 rounder) after fighting 3 weeks previous, he was overtrained coming in at 225 pounds.. he was 22 years old and had never been past 8 rounds. his management underestimated purittys granite chin, they were foolish enough to think he could easily stop a man who took 10 rounds of bombs from a prime tommy morrison, and who also dropped morrison twice.

watch this video at the 530 mark when klitchko corner enters the ring while the ref is standing around and most definately not stopping the fight himself

Klitschko was done against Purity he was gassed and hurt & instead of digging in and showing a true champions heart ,he started feeling sorry for himself and hoping his corner would rescue him u could see by the look on his face he wanted to quit
